Yes, please scan the QR code on our charge points and follow the steps on your smart phone.

Our charging network is predominately 22kW AC, however we do offer 50kW DC charging and are bringing a number of high powered charging locations online soon. It is possible to filter out connector types on the app to only show Fast AC or rapid Dc chargers Including CCS/CHAdeMO.

Yes, there are many different networks you can access within the UK and across Europe, please see our roaming partners page for more information.

Customers will need a type 2 cable to plug into the type 2 socket on all of our public chargers. Rapids will have cables attached but the cable spec will be displayed within the App.

Ring our 24/7 help line on 0345 123 0500 who will assist in releasing the cable. If the unit had dropped offline we will send out an engineer to release the cable and either leave it at the site if its secure (Q-PARK) or have the cable posted back to the customer.

Yes, always check any parking notice signs before leaving your vehicle on charge, if its a Q-Park you can receive a 10% discount on parking if you pre-book.
